Updated review – 2/8/2010
It has been a few months and I am still very happy with our home purchase. My wife wanted to make updates to our home (namely, the bathrooms and kitchen), but unfortunately, we had a pretty tight budget for such repairs. After calling a number of referrals, we discovered that the repairs were much more than we anticipated to our chagrin. My wife recommended that we call Sunny to see if she could help although she was not obligated to do so.
To our surprise, Sunny provided a number of vendors that we should call and actually helped determine which changes to make, and helped us negotiate down the rates as she had great relationships with the contractors. We got a quote for 50% of the costs that were previously quoted to us. Although we don’t have a lot of experience working with real estate agents, Sunny has continuously gone above and beyond the call of duty… and will be our long-term real estate “go-to” broker.
P.s. Thanks, Sunny for the bottle of wine as our home warming gift. My wife and I just enjoyed it this past weekend.
