Updated review – 8/3/2011
Update: It’s been a year and a half since Sunny found us our dream home and went to hell and back for us cutting through all the red tape. A YEAR AND A HALF, and STILL, she regularly follows up with us, and just last week sent us information for refinancing, because she remembered our specific situation and knew we could get a better deal. Amazing. This woman will change your life. She’s certainly improved ours.

As foreign nationals we learned that attempting to buy a home in the middle of an economic crisis was a process fraught with obstacles and seemingly impassible roadblocks.
But looking back, meeting Sunny that morning as we took our initial tentative steps towards finding the perfect first home seems less an act of chance and more one of fate. Because Sunny truly is a real estate angel. A real estate rockstar, if you will.
Patient, calm, thorough, supportive, hardworking, available seemingly 24/7, soft-spoken, trustworthy and kind, Sunny guided us every step of the way. Even when we were ‘this close’ to throwing in the towel due to seemingly unsurpassable financial restrictions, Sunny calmly and efficiently navigated us towards solutions.
Never mind the fact she found us our “dream home” within just a couple of weeks, Sunny worked tirelessly with us until we had not only (finally) managed to secure it, but right up until the final walkthrough was completed and every last loose end was signed and sealed.
Having a law degree and an eye for the most minute detail means Sunny was always able to point out things we had missed, always ensured we understood what we were signing, made sure the terms were fair or in our favor and that we never felt overwhelmed or taken advantage of.
Every document was filed in organized folders, copied, sent by email as backup… I doubt you’ll ever meet a real estate agent so organized and thorough.
Now that we’ve moved in, we can’t believe how much we miss those daily phone calls and emails from ‘our Sunny’! Happily, Sunny doesn’t treat people simply as clients, but as valued friends, so we know we’ll still be seeing a lot of her… and now we even have a home to host her in!
