I have worked with Sunny and David on THREE transactions until now.
My story of working with Sunny came back to 2015. In 2015, I could buy my first home in Palo Alto thanks to her great competence in real estate service. At that time, it was highly competitive in the housing market, but I could buy a house with only a 10% down payment. Unless her good advice and quick and correct decision-making, it never happened. To me who did not have a pre-approval, she introduced a very skilled loan broker. I could get a loan without buying loan insurance even if I had only a 10% down payment. I successfully closed the escrow in 21 days and got a really good impression of her. Since then, I have kept in touch with her.
This July, I happened to see one house on Redfin, but an open house period was already over so that I couldn’t see that house. My husband and I contacted Sunny, and finally, we visited that house. But we didn’t have any pre-approval and even have a down payment. She introduced a skilled loan broker who is an expert on bridge loans and I could start to get a preapproval. Actually, we didn’t write an offer for that house because of its many issues, but that house finally helped us to find a new house for my family. Thanks to her, we could buy a house with the listing price in Palo Alto.
After closing an escrow for the new house, she quickly moved to the process to sell my old house. She was really a superstar in selling a house I think in the Bay Area. She already had a plan and order on how to progress to sell my old house. It was very helpful for me to understand the overall process of selling a house and memorize important tasks. Even she brought an excellent team to help me improve my old house: a real estate team (David and Brenda), a contractor, a staging company, and a photographer for developing a marketing website for my house. First, she explained how to write a disclosure. I did it and together we reviewed each line on that document. To make a perfect disclosure, we tried to add all the information. She was very organized and punctual in preparing for selling a house. And, she ordered a house inspection to check if there are possible issues with that house. Next, we discussed home improvements with the contractor. The contractor transformed my old house into a brand new house by remodeling and fixing all the issues mentioned in the inspection report. It took only three weeks. He charged comparatively lower prices compared to other contractors even if he did a great job: I was very satisfied with this. After that, the staging company decorated my house and all expenses were paid by Sunny’s team. Finally, a special marketing website was made and it provided a 3D virtual touring service. All looked fantastic. Before posting the house at MLS, she provided various marketing strategies and shared the draft of advertisement texts so I could add my thoughts to them. I felt like being a partner with her. Her approach really worked well and we could have many visitors during a 2-day open house period. After an open house was over, she updated every single piece of information about the possible buyers. She collected potential buyers’ questions and tried to give clear answers for them which attracted more buyers. As a result, I could sell an old house in 5 days without any problem even if some houses in Palo Alto were still on the market.
All transactions happened in three months. I spent one month buying a house, one month improving my old house, and one month selling an old one. All tasks were not easy under my conditions, but she managed well and made it happen. I really appreciated her for her great service. I was also moved by her professionalism. Basically, I considered three points when hiring real estate service: competency, availability, and partnership. Sunny is the perfect agent to meet all the requirements I wanted. I always recommend her to people who ask me. If I have a chance to move to a larger house in the near future, I will definitely work with her again.

It was our luck to meet Sunny. I would like to give great thanks to Sunny about her effort and professional ability to find my home in Palo Alto.
Frankly speaking, we were not ready to buy house but we got interested in buying a house last year. I got to know her from Yelp and contacted her.
In a short, she was a super expert to buy a house. She explained about overall process to purchase house and lots of things we should know to find a house. I could learn a lot about house and related process. Thanks to her quick process and smart decision, we could buy a house with little down payment in Palo Alto.
Buying a house is one of important thing that people should take careful consideration through their lives. So meeting a good realtor is very important. I don’t think to make it without her.
In particular, I liked the way to help people who want to buy a house. She always to try to make clients understand and was ready to get any questions from them.
