The five-star rating that Sunny Kim is more than self-explanatory. She’s hands down one of the best real estate agents in the area. I heard about her from a friend and honestly didn’t know much about her except that my friend was raving about her and asked me to “at least talk to her.” So I did. Best decision ever. My skeptical husband is now a Sunny Kim believer.
Anyone reading this review… if you’re wondering whether you should give Sunny a call… do it. Trust me, you won’t regret it. She’s super sharp and she’ll make sure you find your dream home. There was one home on our list when we went on our grand tour and as soon as she saw it was next to some power lines, she told us that we shouldn’t purchase. I appreciate that level of honesty and she genuinely had our best interests at heart.
We ended up purchasing a wonderful home in Santa Clara. All thanks to Sunny. I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t have gotten it if we had any other agent.
