Sunny helped us buy a home in a very competitive market. Our offer was not the highest offer, but the buyer’s agent still accepted our offer because we were very prompt and they trusted Sunny who has a good reputation for closing the deals. She also did a lot of due diligence by going over the documents and following up on any controversial items. Another thing I liked about her was even if we liked a home, she was candid to give her opinion on why she thinks that house is not a good fit for us. She works very hard, often till late evenings, and is available all day to answer any questions.
