STILL 7 STARS!
If Yelp had 7 stars, then I’d give Sunny that rating.
Sunny helped us get our first home a decade ago in an unfavorable buyers market. My original review has details on how she had turned every stone to make that possible. And now, she has helped us sell that home to a family we know will care for it just like we did, and has helped us buy a new home that is ideal for our growing family.
Again, Sunny added value every step of the way! From helping us stage our previous home, suggest a pricing strategy that attracted the best bids, helped us communicate with the sellers of the new home and get the deal closed quickly, and then helped us renovate the new home by connecting us with an amazing contractor. She is a thorough professional who (pardon my French) knows her s#|+!
And she just doesn’t focus on the transaction, she truly cares about her clients. The house we bought needed some roof repairs and we had postponed that work due to some personal reasons. When we had moved in and the rainy season was predicted, she called in to check if we were ok. She has no reason to do that – the transaction was well in the past. But it just goes to show the kind of person she is.

“5 Stars”… “2 Thumbs Up”.. etc. can barely describe the level of commitment and guidance Sunny brings to the table. We were first time home buyers and understandably nervous about the process. She started by asking us what we wanted in a house, what kind of houses did we grow up in, what did we not like.. How many realtors do that? And then she walked us through the entire process so that when the time comes we are comfortable with each step. She understood what we wanted and filtered the houses that came to market so that we were not seeing everything every weekend. When we were ready to make an offer she helped create an overall offer that was compelling to the sellers (and that doesn’t just mean a higher price). Her understanding of the process and her legal background differentiate her from other realtors, but what really sets her apart is her commitment to her clients! No matter how many questions we had or how late in the day/weekend Sunny was always thorough and prompt with her responses. It made us feel as if we were her only clients. I have to thank our friends Ohad and Sylvie for referring us to Sunny! And we look forward to referring her to other close friends who may be thinking about looking for a home. Thanks Sunny!!!
