Sunny and David are extremely knowledgeable about the Palo Alto markets. With their help, in a short amount of time, I was able to get familiar with all the different neighborhood characteristics and zoom in on a location that fits perfectly for us. Many times, Sunny prevented me from harming myself by talking me out of some potentially poor decisions. To that, I am eternally grateful. David is spot on with pricing. I am still amazed at how he could guess a selling price and the selling price will be exactly that.
