2014 Home Sale/Purchase
We once again went to our ace realtor Sunny when we decided to sell our home and look for a new home in the mid-peninsula. We knew we needed somebody who was very experienced, knowledgeable, and closes deals fast to compete in this super hot market.
Home Sale: Having 2 little ones at home and being in a double income household, spending money to stage the home, and having to do open houses was not an option. Sunny showed amazing networking skills by marketing the home off-market to her network of agents and was able to attract multiple offers. We spent no money to prepare the house, never had to do an open house, only had to put a lockbox/sign in front of the house…ensuring 100% privacy. We actually sold higher $ per sq. ft. with free rent back although we never went on the market and never got 100% exposure to the market.
Home Purchase: The seller didn’t provide inspections so Sunny helped us through due diligence by bringing a trusted contractor and inspector to walk through the house prior to making the offer. Sunny recommended getting on the listing agent’s good side by introducing our entire family (with babies in hand) to the listing agent when she was at the property and expressed to her how we think this is our dream home. Sunny decided to present the offer in person in order to assess the competition level to ensure that we were “competitive” among 9 offers with a couple of all cash.

2012: Home Purchase
Sunny found us our first home within weeks of working with her. She connected us with an off-market seller as we were able to negotiate great terms within a week and entered into the contract within the following week.
Also, Sunny’s legal background as an attorney provided us with great confidence as she was able to pinpoint crucial legal terms that she felt that we should know about and perhaps negotiate on.
