An update.
We’ve now worked with Sunny and David on 3 transactions. They continue to provide outstanding service, but one of the very unique things they provide are introductions to others to assist with the new home buying process. For instance, they introduced us to a banker who provided a mortgage interest rate lower than any of the others we could find on our own. They also introduced us to the general contractor who is remodeling our home. And they introduced us to an expert at foundations when we had some questions on foundations.
Notably, even after the transaction finished and we took possession of the house, they stayed involved with our remodeling process, and continue to advise us on that. They’ve gone well beyond what most brokers/agents would do, and that’s why we are so enthusiastic about them.

We had an extremely positive experience working with Sunny on our most recent home purchase. In particular, Sunny stands out in 2 areas: she is an outstanding manager of crises, and she is a very experienced negotiator.
First, the crisis: our home transaction had some unexpected complications. Shortly after we were notified of them, Sunny immediately contacted several professionals in her network and provided introductions, with one of those professionals providing the help we needed. Throughout the process, Sunny was in constant communication with the selling agent, handling the delicate task of communicating the complications and their eventual resolution. She continued to build rapport with the selling agent despite the difficult situation.
From a negotiation perspective, Sunny ended up obtaining a purchase price for us that we did not believe was possible. Perhaps this comes from her years of experience completing real estate transactions, perhaps it comes from her prior work in the legal industry. Regardless, her performance in the area of negotiation far exceeded our expectations.
We can’t say enough about Sunny, the crisis she got us through, and the money she saved us.
