I normally don’t submit Yelp reviews, but we had such a great experience with Sunny and David that I felt compelled to share.
After meeting Sunny at an open house, we were impressed with her background as an attorney, and knowledge of the local market. When we were ready to buy a new house, we knew we had found our realtor.
David and Sunny were very helpful throughout the process, they gave advice for what remodeling to do, and respected our decisions when we didn’t agree. They helped us to professionally stage, photograph, and market the property, and managed to get multiple offers for the property even though the open house was the week of the COVID shelter-in-place order. We would have been happy to get $70,000 over asking for our property in the best of times, but during a global pandemic and economic meltdown, it was amazing!
After the condo sold, we were ready to start looking for our own house. David and Sunny were very patient with their picky clients, and showed us 30 houses before we even made an offer, and they never complained that we were being too picky, or unreasonable.
Once we were in contract, we had a lot of things that needed to be taken care of; Sunny and David were able to help us find a lender that not only got us an amazing rate, but could close escrow in 21 days. They helped us deal with issues with the county recorder who was challenged during COVID, as well as communication issues with the seller’s agent.
