Sunny is extremely knowledgeable about the Sunnyvale/MV/Los Altos area (where we got our house) and the market, and we were very happy with our experience working with her. She took the time to walk through houses with us every weekend for several months to learn about our likes and dislikes. She previewed several houses for us, provided an extensive summary, and recommending a few that would satisfy our expectations, overall saving us a lot of time. Most importantly though, she did an impressive job negotiating for us and got our offer accepted much lower than the asking price. She was extremely organized, and was on top of everything. Very responsive over the phone, emails, even working way past midnight for some of the offers we wrote with her. She continues to support us even after the deal closed, arranged several contractors for various fixes in the house, and ensures that our move was as smooth as possible.
