I was considering the purchase of some property in Palo Alto, and I had a great experience working with Sunny. I was amazed at Sunny’s negotiation skills and her ability to work so efficiently. I truly appreciated her dedication, integrity, and professionalism. Maybe it’s her years of training in her previous profession as a successful attorney, but she worked tirelessly yet she was always available and accessible. I also appreciated the fact that Sunny was by my side to guide me through the whole due diligence process in reviewing the overwhelming amount of reports and disclosures. She spent many hours reviewing the documents with me and for my convenience/benefit, she took the extra time and effort to prepare comprehensive summaries and charts so that I fully understood all the potential risks and issues. Even before we started looking at properties, she went out of her way to sit down with me to go through the purchase contract and other legal documents. She carefully explained all the important provisions in the legal documents so when the time came for me to write an offer, I was 100% comfortable/confident. Sunny really goes out of her way to educate her clients in the beginning so that her clients don’t get anxious and nervous when THE time comes. It’s really hard to explain every little thing she’s done for me but if you are thinking of buying/selling a house, you should definitely give her a call because you will see the obvious difference. Most importantly, Sunny genuinely cares about her clients. She treated me like her friend and it was a great pleasure to work with her.
