I was expecting the home-buying process to take a long time, but Sunny found us a perfect home almost right away, counseled us through every stage, and aggressively advocated on our behalf during the bidding process. We beat out 20+ (!) other offers, and weren’t even the highest offer! That’s how good of a negotiator Sunny is – she really conveyed our strengths to the seller and made us into the most attractive buyer. I 100% believe that we would not be living in our dream home right now if it hadn’t been for Sunny.
