Not just through the necessary attention to detail in putting the offer together, but also through personal presentation and the tenacity & creativity required to fight to the end and be more clever than other agents and bidders.
Lastly, I have to say that their network of professionals is also outstanding, both in quality and reliability, and in value. Add to that the friendly personal touch you get from Sunny and David, and I don’t know why you would even consider any other real estate agent, in particular in a market like Palo Alto / Los Altos.
