I am writing this review from the living room couch of our amazing South Palo Alto Eichler which is our dream home come true. We would never be in this home without the dedication, hard work, finesse, and know-how of Sunny Kim of Alain Pinel Realtors. We will be forever grateful for the lengths she went to secure us this home, the place we are raising our two daughters in, in the town where we don’t have to stress about schools or other issues.
As most people reading this are aware, right now is a super competitive time to buy in Palo Alto. If you are going to win in a bidding war for a Palo Alto home, you have to have someone going to bat for you who knows precisely what they are doing and who has a high success rate in this high-stress, difficult market. Someone who is charismatic and super well-connected to most of the selling agents in town is a major plus. Sunny has all of these going for her and amazed us at how confidently and consistently she wins her clients what they want.
We looked throughout the Peninsula for our home and didn’t really think we could make this happen but with Sunny’s expertise, astute advice, and support, we were able to think outside the box and reach for a home that has turned out to be the perfect fit.
