I found Sunny to be very personable and reliable. With a legal background in real estate, she was very knowledgeable about all the other implications of buying a house whether it be taxes, HOA issues, etc. I didn’t have to do my own research or get an accountant or a lawyer to verify what she was saying. I trusted her.
Since Sunny had lived in the area, and raised both of her kids here, she was an abundant resource in terms of the neighborhood settings, schooling, etc.
