Sunny and her colleague David were fantastic to work with when we were purchasing our first home. It was a competitive bidding situation (as most are in the Bay Area); however, Sunny and David do their homework and go the extra mile to make sure they position you as well as possible in front of the seller and their Realtor. They connected us to an outstanding lender, who was able to close escrow quickly.
