I just bought a house in Los Altos, Sunny was my buying agent.
I’m really satifised her service not only her ability to find the right house / helping me sign the contact but also, even after I bought a house, she helped me a lot finding all the vendors for gardening / fixing and she even gave me a advice how to negotiate with the vendor.
I think she is really genuine, hard working, very smart, and most importantly she think things on your shoes, not just as a realtor.
I do recommand her for finding your dream house!
