The thought of selling my home was daunting to say the least, as I needed to move quickly for a job. A good friend of mine referred me to sunny, and although it was a trusted friend, I remained skeptical. During the process, sunny gave me the reassurance that I needed through her actions. She was patient, although I can get pretty demanding and restless. She was able to provide great cost-saving tips in preparing my house for the market. Who knew about staging a house before selling? I sure didn’t! She referred me to (in my humble opinion) the best staging company that did a wonderful job and here’s the thing, if I’m going to give a review, I’m not going to do it for lazy people. She made sure my property remained a hot property and truly gave me an effortless sale. I think with her keen sense of not only selling my home, but of really listening to what the buyers want, was able to match great potentials for my home. I could not have sold my house in a matter of a few weeks after the house went on the market. I ended up saving more money in the end, because she knew exactly how to get the job done and quickly. I don’t have time for lazy folks. There I said it again! I have heard horror stories from colleagues where their house sits unsold for months. They got the wrong agent!!! The right agent could make all the difference in the world. Unfortunately, those friends do not live near the bay area but for those of you reading who are interested in this area, I highly recommend her. Sunny, thank you thank you thank you! When I relocate back, I’ll need your help again!
