I highly recommend her in helping you find your dream house! She has been the “family realtor,” since she has also helped my brother, my sister-in-law’s parents, and brother, and my father, in obtaining or selling homes. Refreshingly, Sunny is a top-notch realtor whose sole focus is to make sure you get the home that you want. In contrast, there are many other realtors who are only focused on closing a sale as soon as possible, regardless of whether the client’s needs are met. Some of the many great examples of why I enjoyed working with Sunny and was impressed with her professionalism: she took the time to make sure she understood my requirements (which were very specific); she listened to my feedback on the first few listings that I “rejected” to make sure she understood any “hot buttons” and preferences, so she could tailor future recommendations; she gave me her honest opinion on whether she thought a house was worth checking out and pointed out things that I might like or not like; for the disclosures, she always read them in advance for me and gave me a summary, as well as her experience-based comments (e.g., this is very typical, or this is very expensive to fix). Since I lived out of state, I had to rely on her more than usual in pre-screening homes, to avoid wasting my time and $ (airfare) to check out candidate homes, prior to the bid submission deadline. Lastly, the fact that she has a great partner, David, was an extra plus. David is also highly experienced and filled in during times when Sunny was not available, to help show me homes, answer questions, etc. He also has great experience in renovations and in pricing. When getting ready to submit a bid, I had the benefit of both of their opinions and experience in determining the target bid price. They are both responsive and on top of things. After the closing, they have been helping me find vendors to get work done!
