Sunny is just awesome! We have done 3 transactions with her in two years. She went above and beyond every single time. When we put our condo on the market, we were very disappointed that we only got a contingent offer on our offer day. However, Sunny kept working her magic by calling every single interested agent/buyer she knows. In a few days, she got us the best offer that our condo community had seen.
She genuinely cares about her clients. She even called us when she was in Korea on vacation because I was having some small issues with the contractor. If you need a real estate agent, Sunny is the one.

Sunny is a professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking real estate agent. She made our first-time home buying process in a heated market a smooth experience. During our first two meetings, she spent a lot of time to get to know us and walked us through the home buying process and all the documents involved.
Every time we saw something we were interested in, she always gave us her honest opinions and took the time to read through the disclosure packages to let us know if there were items to be aware of. She even recommended us not to move forward with 2 houses because of some structural issues.
When we finally found our home, she went the extra mile to make sure that we put in the most competitive offer by staying late and presenting our offer to the sellers in person. She even found us an awesome loan officer so that we were able to close in 15 days in order to compete with all-cash buyers.
Sunny genuinely cares about her clients and works incredibly hard. She was available to us even when she was on vacation! I highly recommend her and will definitely come back to her when we need to buy/sell a house.
