If I could give Sunny six stars, I would. She’s amazing at what she does. When we first started looking at houses, we weren’t quite sure how to find a good agent. In this market, it’s basically impossible to compete without someone who is very active, action-oriented, and has connections on your side making all of the calls and putting in the time. Sunny came recommended from a coworker who also had a great experience and just purchased a house, so we figured we’d meet and talk with her.

After that first meeting, we knew we found the right agent for us! Sunny has all buyers do an initial orientation, which means you take a few hours of time and sit down with her and go over everything about the whole process. She covered the entire purchase contract, loans, what we’re looking for in a house, insurance, counter-offers, you name it. If we were nervous about the process before, we felt confident and prepared after. This is super important because things move really fast when it’s time to make an offer.

When it came time to look at houses, Sunny made the experience great by being professional but keeping the tone light, helping to make us more at ease during the experience. She’ll make sure to talk to the agents to figure out what you can do to strengthen your offer and she’ll look at the property and help tell you what is easy to fix and what isn’t (which is huge with homes that don’t show well).

I think where Sunny really shines is the offer-making process. I’ve never seen anyone as tenacious as she is when she’s working to get you your house! She goes through all of the documents, working into the night if she has to to make sure everyone is prepared, informed, and ready. When it comes time to present the offer, Sunny makes sure she drops the offer off in person. This is huge and I think it’s what got us the house in this crazy market.

Regarding offer prices, Sunny knows the market well enough to know how much you should offer to get the house. Just trust her. End of story. The first time we put in an offer, my wife and I didn’t heed Sunny’s advice because we thought we were going to pay too much. She still went in and fought for us to get the house, but in the end, we didn’t get it and the house sold for almost exactly what she recommended. So the next time we put an offer on a house we used her number and we got it!

Sunny helped us through the entire closing process and beyond, making sure we had good contacts for work we needed done on the house (including interior designer advice). She even took the time out of her day to show up with the contractor and make suggestions on what would help increase the home value for future resale. We really appreciated her taking the time to help us even after everything was said and done.

Like many others here this is my first Yelp review. I had to make an account after this positive experience… It was the biggest (and scariest!) purchase of my life and I don’t think we could have done it or closed an offer without Sunny being with us every step of the way.

So look no further! Take the time to meet with her and go through the buyer’s orientation. You won’t regret it!
