David & Sunny came to my attention 7 years ago when a house on our cull de sac of similar homes sold at a much higher price than what was to be expected based on what the other houses had been selling for. So when years later I needed to sell my house, they were first to be interviewed and had a strong story: solid marketing channels to reach all possible prospective buyers and knowledge and skills to remodel the house to what the potential buyers in our area would want. They advised us to do a “pre-MLS listing” showing, meaning have them invite all brokers in the area to come and take a look at the house prior to putting it on the market – this to get feedback on the house and potentially sell it “as is”. We got a lot of feedback like “garden is dark” but no acceptable offers. David & Sunny used the input in the remodel which they fully managed – they have great contractors working with them and they made the house beautifully modern at a pretty low cost. In the end, we never made it to listing it on MLS. Just when the contractors were finishing up someone sneaked in the house, took a peek inside, and made a great “pre-emptive offer”. We were delighted and wanted to accept the offer, but Sunny believed she may be able to negotiate it up a bit. It ended up 4% higher! Highest price by far compared with the comparable homes. David & Sunny are fun to work with, we both really liked their “go for it” and positive attitudes, and they get amazing results – highly recommended.
