What An Amazing Journey!
We were in the process of moving out of California. Having to face the pain of finding a trusted agent has always made us hesitant to go forward in selling our properties. After so much back and forth with several agents, who were actually recommended by friends, we came across Sunny and David. Just a single short message and boom! Excellent communications, follow-up calls, and within a couple of days they were in our San Francisco property. Words cannot express how amazing the whole process became for us! Having zero experience in selling a property, we were too worried to even consider doing that. Plus and on top of it, we had two homes up for sale. Sunny and David were insanely professional and customer-obsessed. First and foremost, they are biased for action: When they set a date, they execute and get things done! Period. They have never missed a date or milestone. How impressive is that? Second, they insist on high standards: from communication with the seller, all the way to walk us through every single step, legal protocols, and processes, they did everything for us. Not only were we so happy with the entire process, but we could also sell our homes at a ridiculously high price! Unbelievable results, nobody can believe when telling our story to friends and family. Unfortunately, we moved to Texas so we’re unable to buy our new lovely home with them. But I am certain if we could, we would do it with them!
